All shipping is done by USPS 3-Day Priority Mail. After payment has been submitted, we process your order. Your order, if in stock will leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. If you select next day or second day USPS or any USPS premier services we will rush your order thorough as quickly as possible. Please note that although you pay for rush shipping it does not guarantee your order will be process as a rush. Please notify us if your order is time sensitive. The cost of shipping depends on the value of your purchase, please see shipping chart for cost and type of service you require, we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes.  USPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, on the third attempt the package is returned to manoffashion.com in the event the package is undeliverable the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address, and you will receive an online credit for the return goods minus the shipping costs.  An additional fee may apply for outlining areas designated by USPS.  Additional insurance can be purchased at an additional cost:  

We ship from different locations so some orders require multiple packages, with no additional cost to you... If all items are not in this shipment, the additional part of your order should be on its way soon... You'll receive a second confirmation when it ships. 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING: We ship worldwide. However please note that USPS does not provide tracking of your package once it leaves Customs. When your order has been completed you will receive a tracking number which is your US Customs number. Once your package leaves US Customs, it is handle by your country's postal service. Normal timeline for overseas orders is 10 business days. Some order may take longer. We try to work with all customers to make sure they receive their package.

Please note that USPS will delivery on the Saturdays.  For holidays shipping please check on their website: www.usps.com. Holidays are our busy season, if you wait until last minute for your order we can not guarantee that your order will be receive by the holiday.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. IF DEFECTIVE WE WILL CORRECT YOUR ITEM AND SHIP OUT A REPLACEMENT. WE MAY HONOR EXCHANGES ON SIZES AND COLORS IF IN STOCK. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM PLEASE USE TRACKABLE GROUND SHIPPING.... FLYPOLAR will not refund next day air shipping on any refunds.
